The HY-II type pulse bag dust collector, while retaining the advantages of the original HY-I type dust collector, adopts the low-resistance QMF-20P type pulse valve. This enables the control system and filter bags of the dust collector to have a lifespan that is more than double that of the HY-I type, reducing the maintenance workload. 
The cleaning process uses compressed air to reduce the pressure from the original 5-7 kilograms per square centimeter to the current 3 kilograms per square centimeter. However, the cleaning effect can still reach the level of 5-7 kilograms per square centimeter, thus expanding the application range. 
Due to the structural improvements, the sealing performance of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be lower than 10%. This further meets the quality requirements. 
The cover device and the method of bag fixation have been improved, which has enhanced the working conditions for equipment maintenance and repair. 
The dust blowing device is equipped with a protective cover, and the cover structure has adopted rain-proof measures. This enables the dust collector to be placed outdoors without the need for an additional rain shelter, thereby reducing the construction investment. 
The YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combination blower assembly enhances the cleaning efficiency, reduces maintenance requirements, has excellent air sealing performance, and discharges ash rapidly.
