The main design feature of the box-type pulse bag dust collector is that there is no venturi tube at the top of the filter bag, nor is there a pulse blowing pipe. Instead, compressed air is directly blown into the clean air chamber through the pulse valve to clean the filter bag. This not only reduces the blow-off working resistance but also facilitates the detection and bag replacement in each chamber. It integrates the advantages of the multi-chamber reverse blowing and pulse blowing dust removal systems of various bag-type dust collectors, and overcomes the insufficient cleaning intensity of the multi-chamber reverse blowing. It also avoids the situation where pulse blowing dust removal and filtration are carried out simultaneously, making it widely applicable in dust removal systems of cement plants such as crushing, packaging, top of storage bins, clinker cooling, and various grinding machines.
