The mobile belt conveyor, also called DY belt conveyor, is a type of new-style belt conveyor. Its main components are the same as those of a standard belt conveyor, but the standard one cannot be operated in a mobile manner and is relatively heavy. The mobile belt conveyor, with its lightweight and mobility, is suitable for scenarios such as bulk material loading and package transfer. It features diverse application scenarios and easy maintenance.
Functional Features
- Unrestricted application sites: It can operate normally both indoors and outdoors (though rainy-day operation should be minimized).
- Excellent mobility: Under normal circumstances, an adult male can move it easily. It has good passability and is suitable for scenarios like loading operations, material transfer, and logistics sorting.
- Easy operation: It is equipped with a control box (including a main control switch and a lifting switch). No manual on-duty is required; it can start working once turned on.
Maintenance Notes
- Minimize operation in humid environments or on rainy days to prevent the machine body and components from rusting due to long-term contact with water.
- Regularly check the conveyor belt’s running direction to ensure stable operation and avoid unnecessary losses caused by belt deviation.
- Regularly inspect the machine body’s fasteners (to ensure bolts and tensioning devices are in good condition), add lubricating oil timely (to maintain bearing lubrication), and regularly check idlers (and other parts) – replace damaged components promptly to ensure the normal use of the belt conveyor.
