The SDS dry acid injection technology involves uniformly spraying desulfurizer into the pipeline. The desulfurizer is heated and activated in the pipeline, with its specific surface area increasing rapidly. It fully contacts acidic flue gas to undergo physical and chemical reactions, and acidic substances such as SO₂ in the flue gas are absorbed and purified.
The SDS desulfurization process has excellent regulation performance. The operation and shutdown of the desulfurization device do not affect the continuous operation of the coke oven, and the load range of the desulfurization system is coordinated with that of the coke oven, ensuring reliable and stable continuous operation of the desulfurization system.
