The chain conveyor features a novel structure and long service life, with performance significantly superior to screw conveyors, buried scraper conveyors and other conveying equipment. It is a relatively ideal new-type conveying device. The FU-type chain conveyor utilizes the characteristics of bulk materials (internal friction and lateral pressure) to maintain the stable state between material layers. Driven by the conveying chain, the materials form a continuous overall flow.

The width of the chain conveyor trough is 410mm, and its conveying capacity can reach 55-80m³/h.

The chain conveyor is mainly composed of the head section, middle section, optional section, tail section, conveying chain, feeding port, and drive unit. The drive unit has two configurations: left-mounted and right-mounted, and its model is selected based on the conveying volume and conveying length. The feeding port has three types: top feeding port, side feeding port, and double-side feeding port. The discharging port is the head discharging port, and middle bottom discharging or middle side discharging are also available for users to choose.
